Forage + Gather: Dining on the Wild South

Join us on the farm for a special dinner combining southern comfort food with the foraged flavor of Houston. Chef Sky Hanka, Foragers Kristen and Joshua Rosas, and Bee Holleran will lead a four course meal featuring southern favorites made with love incorporating ingredients like beauty berry, chicken of the woods, chantrelles, elderberry, loofa, and other wild seasonal treats that sprout around Houston. We are lucky to have fellow East Enders Sigma Brewery sponsoring beer for the evening. To complete this Houston experience, the dishes will be served on handmade serving platters made by Sierra Estes.
