Nothing quite like a private session at the farm to learn the art of fermentation with the gurus at Sipping Sister.

Uchi brought out there amazing chefs to enjoy a beautiful day on farm and expand their culinary skill set.  Getting your hands dirty is always the best way to learn so they harvested and cleaned the veggies that would be used in their fermentation lesson.

Thanks to the Uchi staff for spending part of their day with us on the farm!
