Growing up in her grandmother's family restaurant in Central Thailand, Chef Benchawan was taught farm-to-table cooking from the age of 6 years old. Her grandfather would bring fresh fish from the river and her cousins would bring fresh fruits, vegetables and proteins from the farms and fields. The menu changed daily according to what was available.
Her farm-to-table, 5-course dinner at Finca Tres Robles will be in that tradition. She will reimagine fresh, seasonal and local ingredients as Thai masterpieces, with the aim of surprising and delighting guests on the day.
Dinner includes a welcome drink and is BYOB.
Tickets are $85 per person.
