Beans with Avocado

INGREDIENTS:

1 Lb. Fresh Beans-Trimmed

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

¾ Teaspoon Kosher Salt

½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

3 Avocados Roughly Diced

7 Each Sliced Green Onions

¼ Cup Finely Chopped Garlic Chives

PROCEDURE:

  1. Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Sauté the beans for 5 minutes.

  3. Turn the heat down to low and add spices.

  4. Stir in and smash the avocados lightly.

  5. Garnish with chives and serve.
