Beans with Avocado
1 Lb. Fresh Beans-Trimmed
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
¾ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
3 Avocados Roughly Diced
7 Each Sliced Green Onions
¼ Cup Finely Chopped Garlic Chives
Heat oil in frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté the beans for 5 minutes.
Turn the heat down to low and add spices.
Stir in and smash the avocados lightly.
Garnish with chives and serve.
