Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Each Cucumbers- Sliced

  • ½ Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil

  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 2 Tablespoon Honey

  • ½ Teaspoon Salt

  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

PROCEDURE:

  1. Whisk all ingredients well except cucumbers.

  2. Toss with cucumbers and let sit to develop flavors.

  3. Garnish with pickled radish.
