Sage Fried White Beans

Serves: 2

Time ~15 minutes


3 Tbl Olive Oil

1 (15 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed

2 Tsp chopped fresh sage

¼ Tsp fresh thyme (optional)

1/8 Tsp black pepper

1/8 Tsp salt


  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Stir in beans, and toss to coat. Season with sage, thyme, pepper and salt.

  3. Cook 5 minutes or until beans are lightly crisp.
