Time ~10 minutes
1 bunch Cilantro
1 clove of garlic
1/3 bell pepper
¼ cup of vinegar (I usually use balsamic)
½ cup oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Add ingredients to blender. Add about a Tablespoon of water if necessary to blend smoothly.
Keep in the refrigerator and add to salads and dishes over the course of the week.
