Fresh Dill Salad Dressing

2 Tbl White Wine Vinegar

1 Tbls Fresh Lemon Juice

1 Tbl minced Shallot, onion, chives or green onion

2 Tbl chopped fresh dill

¼ Tsp Kosher Salt

¼ Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

½ Cup Extra Virgen Olive Oil


  1. Place vinegar, lemon juice, shallot, dill, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. With the motor running, slowly add the oil until emulsified.

  2. Transfer the vinaigrette to a bowl or squeeze bottle.
