Herb Jasmine Rice

Serves: 6

Time: 35 minutes


1 cup jasmine rice

1 Tbl olive oil

½ cup onion, finely chopped

¼ cup fresh cilantro

¼ cup other fresh herb (mint, dill, parsley)

1 tsp kosher salt

Grated zest of 1 lemon

2 tsp fresh lemon juice


  1. Cook rinse, and drain rice.

  2. Heat olive oil and cook onion

  3. In a bowl combine rice, onion and toss with other ingredients. Serve at room temperature
