Honey Mustard Leek Sauce

Serves: 8

Time ~10 minutes


1 bunch Leeks

Olive oil

White wine Vinegar



Salt and pepper to Taste


  1. Mix all ingredients together besides the leeks. We recommend 3 parts Olive oil to 1 part mustard (a table spoon is a good standard measurement place to start) and the honey, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.

  2. In a large frying pan, sauté the leeks in a small bit of olive oil and then add your mixture to your leeks.

  3. Stir for just a minute or two. Enjoy served over meat/chicken, pasta, rice, or grilled vegetables.
